Shipping Policy

We pack every Novora Flow order with care and provide the clearest delivery estimate available before you complete checkout.

Where we ship

Shipping is currently available to eligible addresses in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Available methods and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods.

Estimated delivery

For U.S. addresses, an address-specific estimated delivery date is calculated at checkout. The date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. International delivery times vary by destination, carrier capacity, and customs processing.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before payment. Free standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders over $99 where eligible. Any additional shipping promotion is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details. Carrier tracking may take 24-48 hours to begin updating after the package is accepted.

Address changes

Please review your address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, email support@novoraflow.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If a package appears lost, is materially delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos when available. We will review the carrier status and help with the appropriate next step under our Return & Refund Policy.
